I. The personal data we process and the purposes for which we process them

In carrying out our economic activities, we collect personal data from our clients, potential clients, business partners (service providers, suppliers, etc.), website visitors, and job applicants, therefore we are considered to be a data controller. As a data controller, through this privacy policy we inform you (data subjects) about the purposes for which we collect and process your personal data and indicate the legal basis for such data collection.

II. To whom do we disclose or transfer data, and do we transfer them outside the EU or EEA?

Your personal data will not be disclosed to any persons other than our business partners (service providers, suppliers, etc.) without whom our website could not function, goods could not be sold, our interests could not be ensured, and so on.

Your personal data may also be provided to government or law enforcement authorities, but only when required by applicable legislation or in order to ensure our rights and legitimate interests, as well as the rights and interests of our employees, clients, and business partners.

Our business partners process personal data only to the extent necessary for the performance of the relevant contract. We are responsible for the actions of the data processors we engage with respect to your personal data as if they were our own.

In certain cases, we may transfer your personal data outside the EU or EEA. However, in cases where personal data are transferred outside the EU or EEA, we will ensure that the transfer complies with the conditions established in Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation.

III. How long do we store your personal data?

We process and store your personal data no longer than is necessary for the purposes specified in this privacy policy. We regularly review the need to retain personal data, taking into account the requirements set by legislation. IV. Direct Marketing

Direct marketing – offering various Company messages and offers about goods and services by mail, telephone, fax, e-mail, SMS messages, as well as sending the Company’s newsletters and conducting surveys on the quality of goods and services.

If you have purchased the Company’s goods and have not objected to receiving the Company’s direct marketing messages, we will, on the basis of our legitimate interest, send you by e-mail messages and newsletters regarding goods similar to those you have purchased. In such case, your data for direct marketing purposes will be stored for 5 years after the last purchase.

Also, on the basis of your consent, either independently or with the assistance of third parties, we will contact you by phone, e-mail, and SMS messages, as well as send you newsletters for direct marketing purposes. Your data for this purpose will be stored until the consent is withdrawn or we receive your objection to direct marketing.

The Company uses the services of UAB "Omnisend" for sending newsletters, as well as for informing you about items placed in the shopping cart but not purchased, reminding you about the maintenance of purchased goods, and providing other information that we consider useful for you. You have the right to object or to unsubscribe from receiving newsletters and other direct marketing messages at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any e-mail or by contacting our customer service center by e-mail at [email protected]. Once you submit an objection to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that marketing messages are no longer sent to you. Please note that updating our systems may take a few days. Therefore, for a short period while your request is being processed, you may still continue to receive direct marketing messages.

Additionally, we inform you that we regularly renew your consent for direct marketing, but not less frequently than every 5 years from the date of consent.

V. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

1. Right of access to your personal data: You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether we process personal data concerning you. When we process your personal data, you have the right to access the personal data being processed together with certain additional information. This additional information includes the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, and the categories of data recipients, the data retention period, etc. We will provide you with a copy of your personal data, provided that the rights and freedoms of others are not infringed.

2. Right to rectification of personal data: You have the right to have any inaccurate personal data corrected and, considering the purposes of processing, to have any incomplete personal data completed.

(I) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
(II) you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing;
(III) you object to the processing of personal data on the basis of public interest or the Company’s legitimate interests and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing;
(IV) the personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes; or
(V) the personal data have been processed unlawfully.
Please note that in certain cases you may not be able to exercise this right due to applicable exceptions. These exceptions include situations where the processing of personal data is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information; for compliance with our legal obligations; or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

4. Right to restrict processing: This right may be exercised in the following cases:
