Customer service
From 2020 to 2022, LONAS participated in the "Praise the Service" project in Lithuania. After summing up customer votes and mystery shopper research results, we earned the title of the best customer service company in the furniture sector for three consecutive years.
In 2022, the LONAS team at the "Spice Home" shopping center in Latvia won the "Platinum Shop 2022" award. LONAS was recognized as the best customer service salon in the entire shopping center.
In 2018, the LONAS team at the "Domina Shopping" center in Latvia achieved a perfect score of 100 out of 100 in a mystery shopper evaluation.
Customer Recommendation Index
Since 2017, we have been conducting NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys. Currently, the customer recommendation index in the Baltic countries is 88. This is an exceptionally high rating and a responsibility to fulfill the LONAS promise to customers.

✔ We will assemble your LONAS bed at your home free of charge. After assembly, we will take away the packaging, so you don’t have to worry about it.

Mattresses
Each mattress is made according to your client’s needs and preferences. The production process is personalized, so we manufacture only one mattress at a time.
✔ For the Tricolor mattress collection, we offer a 30-night trial period* and a 10-year quality guarantee.
✔ We manufacture mattresses in non-standard sizes, ranging from 60x100 to 240x240.
✔ We deliver and carry mattresses up to your home or apartment door. If possible, we will place the mattress directly on your bed at no additional cost.
✔ Our mattresses come with a removable cover that can be washed at home.
*The 30-night trial period applies to standard mattresses from the Tricolor collection, allowing an exchange for another Tricolor collection mattress once during the trial period.
