General Product Warranty

These product guidelines and general terms and conditions for after-sales service ("Terms") apply:

LONO beds.

For the mattresses TYLA®, TYLA® PLUS, HARMONIJA®, HARMONIJA® PLUS, MŪZA®, MŪZA® PLUS (hereafter referred to as "mattresses of the Tri-Colour Collection").

For other LONO products (mattresses, mattress pads, pillows, furniture) and LONAS home textiles.

Have a good rest!

1. Warranty period

1.1.To help you sleep soundly and comfortably, we offer a two (2) year warranty on all products.

1.2.We also offer a ten (10) year commercial warranty on the mattresses from the date of purchase for the Tri-Colour Collection. This commercial guarantee does not apply to the mattress cover.

2. Exclusion of warranty

2.1. The warranty shall not apply to the products in the following cases:

2.1.3. the Product has been disassembled or repaired without the manufacturer's consent, as well as any defects caused by cuts, scratches, scrapes, smears, spillages etc.

2. 1.4. natural wear and tear of the product, including discolouration or unevenness of the fabric, looseness.

2.1.5. The product must be packed in such a way that it does not become soiled during transport. If the product - bed - has been assembled by LONO's representatives, LONO's representatives will take care of the disassembly, collection from the Buyer and transportation of the defective returned products - beds.

2.1.6. The product - bed - is not assembled in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, not assembled by LONO's representatives, or not stored in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

2.1.7. LT online shop, other electronic means of communication and showrooms (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), which are also available at https://www.lonas.lt/taisykles/, or in the cases provided for by law.

2.2. If a claim is made and the defects in the product are deemed to be defects under warranty, LONAS will replace the defective parts or the entire product with another product of the same or very similar quality.

3. Recommendations for the use of the products

3.1. Ensure good ventilation of the areas where the products are to be used and maintain optimum humidity.

3.2. Do not jump on the products, as this may damage the product structure.

3.3. If, during use, the bed structure starts to creak due to prolonged lifting of the grating mechanism, lubricate the hinges of the grating lifting mechanism with oil, liquid silicone or other clear grease, and re-tighten the bed assembly screws.

3.4. We recommend that you choose a slatted slatted bed with 3-5 cm slat spacing. This will not damage the mattress structure and will ensure air permeability. Mattresses should not be placed on a continuous wooden base and metal grids - the mattress structure may be damaged. These bed bases do not allow air to circulate freely, which can lead to moisture build-up and mould.

3.5. To ensure that the mattress wears evenly and retains its essential qualities for longer, we recommend that you turn the mattress over and air it (swap the sides of the mattress, the headboard and footboard). If the mattress is reversible, we recommend that you also rotate it every 2 to 3 months (flip it over, swap the headboard and footboard). If the mattress is for one side only, turn it over every 2-3 months. Instructions for turning the mattress are also given on a label sewn on the top of the mattress.

3.6. TYLA®, HARMONIJA®, MŪZA® mattresses are recommended for people weighing up to 110 kg and TYLA® PLUS, HARMONIJA® PLUS, MŪZA® PLUS for people weighing up to 130 kg. People weighing more than the recommended weight can also use the mattress, but in such cases the warranty is not applicable.

3.7. Mattresses, mattress toppers, viscoelastic pillows and other similar products - not intended for washing. Only the covers can be washed or otherwise cleaned (see the care label on the cover).

3.8. Beds and other furniture (wardrobes, poufs, bedside tables) are not washable. The surface of the products may be cleaned with a dry chemical or similar cleaning agent. Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents to clean the fabric bed or other parts of the furniture. It is recommended to use a detergent designed for upholstery fabrics or a solution of dye-free laundry soap.

3.9 Separate requirements for the care of the products or of the covers of the products shall be indicated on the care labels of the products, except for beds and other furniture (wardrobes, poufs, bedside tables), which shall be maintained in accordance with the procedure set out in paragraph

4. Additional useful information

4.1 Due to the softness of the materials used in the manufacturing process, the length and width of the product may have a tolerance of up to 1,5 cm and the height of the product may have a tolerance of up to 1 cm from the dimensions declared on the label. This does not affect the performance of the mattress.

4.2. This is due to the physical properties of the materials.

4.3. Most products may have a specific odour due to the materials used, but this will disappear over time with ventilation. People who are more sensitive to odours may be able to smell a new product for longer. However, there is no need to worry - only certified materials are used in the production process and these are not harmful to health. If the intense smell persists and persists for more than one month after you have received the product, please report it to [email protected].

4.4. We recommend that two people assemble the bed.

4.5. Mattresses in non-standard sizes may be glued together in several parts, but this does not change the physical properties of the product.

4.6. A deformation of up to 10% (ten percent) of the base height does not affect the mattress performance.

4.7. A 10 (ten) year commercial guarantee is given for the physical properties of the materials and comfort of the mattresses of the Tri-colour Collection, but according to the recommendations of hygienists, it is advisable to replace the mattress every 7 (seven) years.

5. LONO mattresses are tailored for greater comfort

5.1. Removable cover. The mattresses are comfortable and practical, and easy to care for, as the covers are made with a zip around the whole product. When the zip is unzipped, the cover is divided into two parts, which are much easier to clean or wash than normal covers.

5.2. The L-Slip™ insert, a special material, is a stretchy inner cover that makes it easier to pull the mattress over when you want to clean the top cover. The inner cover cannot be removed - it is part of the mattress base and is therefore not covered by the mattress warranty if removed.

6. Try the Tricolour Collection mattress for 30 (thirty) nights

6.1 Test the mattress within 30 (thirty) nights of receiving the mattress. If you do not like the mattress, if it is uncomfortable, too hard or too soft, we will replace it with another mattress from the Tri-Colour Collection.

6.2. We will replace the mattress you have chosen if:

6.2.1. Before exchanging the mattress, please contact the staff of the Showroom where you purchased the mattress or, if you purchased the mattress electronically (in the E-shop, by phone or by e-mail), by phone +370 700 77044 or by e-mail [email protected] and agree on the terms of the exchange.

6.2.2. You will provide the documents confirming the purchase (invoice, payment card statement, payment card reader receipt, etc.)

6.2.3. The mattress is not made according to the specifications you have provided or adapted to your individual needs (non-standard dimensions, cover, colour, etc.).

6.2.4. the mattress is not purchased from the exposition.

6.2.5. The mattress has not been purchased at a discounted price with defects which you have been informed of in advance and which do not prevent the mattress from being used for its intended purpose.

6.2.6. The mattress is hygienic and clean.

6.3. If, during the trial period, the price of the product being replaced increases or the product is replaced by a more expensive one, you will have to pay the price difference.

7. Filing complaints

7.1.Complaints about defective products may be submitted by e-mail to [email protected], by telephone to +370 700 77044 or by post to Ukmergės g. 18, Jonava 55101, Lithuania.

7.2. Complaints shall be submitted in accordance with the procedures set out in these Terms and Conditions.

7.3. Upon receipt of a complaint, we undertake to contact you within three (3) working days and, if necessary, to arrange for an inspection of the product to determine the condition of the product and the causes of the defect. By submitting a claim, you agree to allow us or our representatives to assess the product in accordance with the procedure set out in the Terms.
